Return and Exchange:

At Pet.com.bd, your satisfaction is very important to us. You are eligible for this policy if you find any problem or damage in the product delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  1. Please check the delivered product during the delivery team member’s presence.
  2. If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered to you, notify our delivery team about it. Then you may return the purchased products to exchange it.

Return and Refund:

You are eligible for this policy if we do not have the product in stock to exchange.

If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered to you, do notify our delivery team to exchange the product. But if we do not have the product available in our stock, we will refund you within 7-10 working days.

In-Store Purchase:

If you had purchased from our office, then we would request you to check the item when you’re purchasing it. If you find any fault with it, you can leave it behind. Sold items from store cannot be returned.

For Courier Deliveries:

For courier deliveries, you will have to inform just right after getting the parcel and if we agree, you will get another 48 hours to ship it back to us. The shopper would need to cover the costs associated with the courier delivery of the item back to us. After we’ve received the item, we will investigate it and will provide an update.
